The American Saddlebred Horse Association of Alberta is thrilled to announce our upcoming Western Canadian Championship (WCC) Show and ASHA of Alberta Futurity to take place at the Westerner Grounds in Red Deer, Alberta on August 14 - 16, 2008.
Come and be amazed by the exciting and beautiful American Saddlebred Horses as they vie for championship titles under the watchful eye of our judge, Cecile Hetzel-Dunn from Weirsdale, Florida.
We will be joined by Morgan horses, as well as Andalusian horses to round out the horse show. The prize list and entry forms are available on the “Forms” page of this website.
Our Futurity classes will run on Friday, August 15th. The Futurity showcases the young stock here in Alberta. There will be foals from this year, yearlings and two-year-olds shown in-hand, as well as a 3-year-old performance class.
Mark your calendar, and be sure to attend this spectacular equine event.
